Register by clicking “Registration”, enter the required data. Accept terms and pay the minimum 10 PLN of initial fee.
To activate your account please log in to the provided during the registration e-mail address and click on the activation link. Otherwise, your account will not be able to use the maintenance-free bike rental.
It takes 1 minute and You can use city bikes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

After registering you will receive a text message and an email together with a PIN code which become your identifiers in the system.

2. Rent

Approach the terminal and press the button “To rent””. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen. The bike which you selected will be automatically released.

If the bicycle is secured by a clamp, unlock it with using the source code displayed on the terminal screen after renting. Enjoy your ride!

3. Return a bike

You don’t even need to approach the terminal. All you need to do is enter the bike into electric lock. No worries – the sound signal will confirm the correct return.

In order to be ensured that your return has been finished successfully, check your rental history through your mobile app, website or contact Customer Service.
If there is no empty space at the station, connect bike with code lock bike stand or other bike and shuffle the digits. In such case approach the terminal, press “Return” and follow the instructions on the screen.

Download mobile application.
By using mobile application you will rent a bike locked within an electric lock as well as a clamp without approaching the terminal.
The code for the clamp will be displayed while you are hiring a bike.
You can rent a bike using the application in two ways:
• Click on “Rent a bike” in the application and enter bike’s number
• Scan the QR code of the bicycle that is on each bike


How can I register in the system?
You should select the option of Registration on the website and fill out the registration form In order to activate the account you must make pay the initial fee of minimum 10 PLN. As soon as the amount is credited to your account – your account will become active and you will be able to rent your bikes.
Remember also to confirm the activation link that was sent via email to the address given at registration.
How to use a Kołobrzeska Karta Mieszkańca (KKM)?
Applications for the issuance of the Kołobrzeska Karta Mieszkańca (KKM) can be submitted electronically via the website and in paper form in the Service Office of the Inhabitants of the City of Kołobrzeg.
If you already have a KKM, assign it to your account in the Kołobrzeski Rower Miejski system and extend your free ride time to 40 minutes.

1. Login the page.
Login details are available in the application for the KKM:
login: e-mail/phone number/ KKM number
password: determined by You/ (eventually) PESEL number

2. Select the „KARTY i PAKIETY” tab.

3. Select the option: Dopisz kartę do mojego konta w KRM -> if you already have an account in the Kołobrzeski Rower Miejski system.

4. Select the option: Utwórz konto w KRM -> if you do not already have an account in the Kołobrzeski Rower Miejski system.

5. After logging into the bicycle account, the card will be automatically added.
– Once you added the KKM, the discount activates automatically.
– The discount works on all rentals in the Kołobrzeski Rower Miejski system, regardless of whether you rent the bike through a terminal, application or BOK.
– In addition, KKM can be used as an identifier. You can rent a bicycle after applying the card to the card reader at the terminal and entering the PIN code.

How to rent a bike?
All you need to do is approach the terminal, press the button “To rent” and follow the instructions displayed on the terminal. The bike will be automatically released from the electric lock.
When the bike is secured by a clamp, it must be unzipped with the 4 digit code. The code is displayed on the terminal while renting a bicycle, and also on a mobile application. The code for the bracket can also be obtained by contacting the Customer Service.
You can also rent a bike using a mobile application or by calling Customer Service.
How to return a bike?
All you need to do is enter the bike into electric lock. If you want to be sure that the bike has been correctly returned within the system, you may verify the status of rentals in the mobile application, through the website or by contacting Customer Service, number you dial: +48 94 721 42
What should I do when there is no free bike stand to enter the bike at the station?
In case when the return of your bike is not possible through electric lock (i.e. closed station or lack of free bike stand) secure the bike with the clamp. Open the clamp with a code obtained upon rental, connect the bike with another bike’s handle or with a fixed element of the station. Then close the clamp and shuffle the digits. Remember that you must return your bike in the system. In this case, go to the terminal and press “Return.” Follow the information on the terminal screen.
You can return this bike using the application or by contacting the Customer Service. If you forgot the code to the clamp, check it in the mobile application or contact the Customer Service.
How will I know if the bike return was correct?

I have a problem with the functioning of a station or I have noticed a failure-what can I do?
We would be grateful for information about problematic station or bike through mobile application, email or contacting by phone with Customer Service. Our team will undertake steps to remove any potential failures as soon as possible. Our employees monitor the status of the system 24 hours a day.
How much does the use of bikes cost?
Standard price list

Rental of a bike for up to 20 minutes is free of charge.

Rental of a bike for up to 1 hour is a cost of 2 PLN.

Rental of a bike for up to 2 hours is a cost of 5 PLN.

Rental of a bike for up to 3 hours is a cost of 15 PLN.

Each subsequent hour is an additional cost of 10 PLN.

Rental of a bike for up to 40 minutes is free of charge.

Rental of a bike for up to 1 hour is a cost of 2 PLN.

How to top up an account?
After logging in to your profile on in the tab “Top up your account” select one of the payment methods: payment card or online transfer.
NOTICE: In case of selecting payment method in the form of a transfer, Your transfer title is dedicated to You and is crucial for correct booking of your payment.
How can I top up my account with debit card (i.e. credit card)?
You can connect a credit card to the registered account, for this purpose use the Nextbike application or add a card at the terminal when the account balance is lower than 10 PLN.
I selected payment via credit card but my account was deactivated. Why?
This means that the system was unable to charge the funds from the card. The reasons for this may vary; either a card lock or lack of funds on the account.
I have made the payment, rented a bike once and my account is inactive again-why?
Most likely there is less than 10 PLN at present on your account. Remember that each account is active only subject to a minimum amount of 10 PLN being on it or having a credit card connected to it. Due to this provision within the Terms of Service, the Operator recommends topping up your account with a higher amount than 10PLN-i.e. 20 or 30 PLN.
What should I do when the system calculates an incorrect fee?
First of all, do not get upset. If an amount which the system calculated for your bike rental does not correspond with the factual state-just submit a complaint by sending a message to the address [email protected] . We have a maximum of 14 days to consider it but we will strive to respond to it as quickly as we can. If post our verification it turns out that the system made an error, we will reimburse the entire, incorrectly calculated sum.
How many bikes can I rent?
You can rent a maximum of 4 bikes at once on one account. For each bike separately the system calculates the rental time, thus you do not need to return them all at the same time. In case of non-standard rentals, i.e. Group rentals, please contact us on the email address: [email protected].
What should I do if I have a problem with rental or return of a bike at the terminal?
In case of problems with performing any operation at the terminal, please contact our Customer Office. You will be able to conduct any selected by you operation swiftly and efficiently. We are at your disposal 24 hours a day under the telephone number +48 94 721 42 42
Can I connect a child seat to my bike?
It is not possible to mount the bicycle seat yourself. You can use bicycles with a seat included in the Kołobrzeski Rower Miejski system. Where can you find them? Check in the Map of stations tab by selecting the filter: Bikes with a child seat or in the Nextbike application.
How can I switch on the lamp in the bike?
The lamp switches on automatically post placing the bike in motion. All you need to do then is to keep pedalling and the lamp will light your way.
What should I do if the bike I rented gets stolen?
In case of a bike theft made during use, the lessee must immediately inform the Customer Office of this fact.
If I am registered in one system only, can I use bikes in other cities?
Our systems are compatible, registering in one of them enables bike rentals in all cities in Poland and worldwide where Nextbike is the Operator. It is worth to remember that each of the systems is characterized by its own price list and Terms of Service.
How can I identify myself upon rental via proximity card instead of telephone number of PIN number?
In order to facilitate and simplify the process of bike rental, identification may be conducted by means of each device which has the function of contact-free identifier. This is the majority of plastic proximity cards-i.e. City card, Electronic Student Card or the majority of payment cards.
In order to register the card you must approach the terminal, enter the telephone number and PIN code and then place the card in the indicated place.
Upon subsequent rental you may identify yourself at the terminal by means of the card, that is place the card in order to log in.
If you wish to log in only by means of the card, without indicating PIN number-mark the option “ During each rental and return, for safety reasons, ask me about my PIN number” on your account on the portal
Can I rent bikes by means of mobile application?
Of course, through the application you can rent a bike locked in the electric lock as well as one secured by means of the clamp. If you wish to rent a bike by means of the application you may select two options: entering its number in the application or scanning the QR code.
The bike secured with electric lock will be automatically released if it is secured with a clamp the code to the clamp will be displayed in your mobile application.
After which time from the end of journey and return of a bike to the station can I rent a bike again at the same station?
Another bike may be rented straight away. If however you would like to rent the same bike-wait 3 minutes.
I have a problem with my rental-after indicating a telephone number and PIN number I am asked to indicate a credit card number as if I was to register myself from the beginning. What should I do?
Normally, during identification the request to enter a credit card number should not appear. Such a situation may occur if, for example, you enter an incorrect telephone number and the terminal will identify you as a new user who does not have the funds.
The terminal asks for indication of credit card number also in a situation when there is less than 10PLN on the account. It is best if you try once more to enter your data correctly in order to log in or else, contact the Customer Service.
There are no bikes on the station-why?
Nextbike relocation teams transport the bikes 24 hours a day in order to fill out the shortages on stations on an ongoing basis, however, we are not able to guarantee, especially during rash hours, that bikes will always be available at each station.
Will new stations be created?

Can I take a break in my ride and leave a bike for several minutes?
Of course, however common sense is key in each such situation. Do not leave the bike in remote places or “risky” ones and secure it with a belt or with a digital lock, connecting it to a fixed, solid element and you may be sure nothing will happen to it. Be sure that no other person will be able to use your bike-secured for a moment, during a ride, with a digital lock-or rent it via mobile application or QR code, since the bike will be visible in the system as rented.
Is the use of internet service, especially while logging and making payments safe?
The login sites, registration site and “My account” are coded via SSL, which is visible through the link upon entering each of these sites. Websites which launch Nextbike API application are additionally encoded but they function in the iframe mode thus it is not visible within the address tab. Moreover, encoding of the entire service is switched on and set as default. We thus guarantee that the use of our website is 100% safe at each stage.
